| Are you accepting orders?
Yes, we are currently accepting orders. We have longer lead times on can labels due to plant staffing issues and a rationing of can label stock used call BOPP. The same polypropylene used in can labels is used in manufacturing of hand sanitizer. Delays have resulted in 10-14 working day lead times to ship out of Ohio.
Are Local Delivery and Pick Up still available?
Local Delivery and Pick Up is still available for our local clients.
I had a package returned to you. How can I get it reshipped?
We know some closures have been inevitable, and understand that some of you may not have been able to receive your order. We want to help. Please reach out to Customer Service so we can track your order and determine the next steps for a successful delivery.

I received an email that my order has been shipped, and a tracking code was provided, but I have yet to receive my order.
As of March 24, 2020, UPS has updated their service guarantee. You will still receive your order, but it’s not guaranteed to be delivered within the shipping time frame you selected. For more information, please visit the UPS website.
